Doing the Good Morning America interview was a lot of fun with ABC correspondent, Abbie Boudreau. And to keep things interesting we hit the basketball court and added a few football and softball drills using fitness product, TravelFit, designed by yours truly, Trainer Tony Martinez.
Using some of the same exercises I do with client, Britney Spears, I showed Abbie why I call TravelFit’s CoreDisks and resistance bands my “secret weapons.” At first glance it may appear to be fun and games sliding your hands and feet while also shooting a basketball, but in just a few minutes the arms, legs, and even, the abs, get a full workout.
Just like with Jan and Britney, I also used a little “trickeration” with Abbie to get the workout started, making it appear like a game. And she handled the exercises like a champ! With a little work on her 2 point shot, she might even give a few of my clients a run for their money on the basketball court! Even my dog, Pedro, got in a little exercise too.
Whether you missed the Good Morning America broadcast or not, watch the video replay below then tell me what you think of the exercises. Are you ready to workout the #MartinezWay?
If you want to be among the first to receive TravelFit when its available be sure to visit the Product page or share your email to the right to get the newsletter announcement.
Thanks Abbie and everyone for the tweets and Facebook updates about my Good Morning American appearance! It’s much appreciated!
